Under Construction - Coolidge Middle School..
- Construction is scheduled for Coolidge Middle School beginning June 23, 2025.
- An asbestos abatement project is scheduled at Coolidge Middle School from June 23, 2025 – June 30, 2025.
- Access to this area will be restricted to authorized personnel only.
- Due to the demolition and renovation taking place on the 2nd Floor, the West Parking Lot will be closed until further notice.

Under Construction - Taft School..
- Construction at Taft School is scheduled from June 16, 2025 – July 25, 2025.
- The HVAC rooftop unit replacement project will begin on June 16th.
- The north parking lot and playground will be seal-coated and striped between June 16th and July 25th.

Arrival & Dismissal
Arrival
- Morning supervision begins at 8:15am
- Class instruction begins at 8:30am.
- Students are not allowed to be on school grounds before 8:15am.
- Students arriving after 8:30am are considered tardy. They must report to the office for an admittance slip and then proceed to class. Teachers are not allowed to accept students who enter their classroom late without a tardy slip.
Students should be dropped on Orchid Drive before school and not the West side (new Main Entrance) of the building. However, if the student arrives after 8:30am, the parent must drop the student off at the Main Entrance.
Dismissal
Walkers and students being picked up will be dismissed through the East door. For your child’s safety, students should be picked up on Orchid Drive andnot in the parking lot.
